30 mile cycle or 10K Run in conjunction with the Coa365, Saturday 4th June 2pm. Coa 365 is the brainchild of local man Niall Murphy. The 12 guys are taking on the challenge of cycling 365 miles in 24 hours, going through the night with limited breaks. All the money raised from this event will go to local charity Cancer Connect NI, and will be used to support Fr Shannon’s ongoing work in Uganda.
Uganda has a population of 36 million were 60% of habitants are unemployed. There is no free education or health service, living in poverty is a way of life, so you can imagine how greatly needed this money is. Cancer Connect NI is a charity based at Forthill Road, Enniskillen who offers a variety of support services to cancer patients and their families.
Please come along and support the boys on the last leg of their cycle, finishing 4pm approximately at Coa Community Hall. You can join in and do a 30 mile cycle or the 10K fun run, great training for the Enniskillen 10k!! Medals, hospitability and free entry into a raffle for all.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors. Special thanks to Brendan from Campbell’s Contracts, Tempo who are the main sponsors of the Coa 365 and Glenisklocally produced organic yogurts, main sponsors of the 10K event.
